  • Unique Flavor: The Winter white truffle from Alba is know for its unique and unforgettable flavor. The golden, spongy tuber has an intense hay, garlic, cheese, and honey aroma that give way to an earthy creamy garlicky flavor. The most prized tuber due to the Alba unique microclimate and soil conditions. This is also the only truly fresh truffle and cannot be farmed.

  • Storage: Store in the refrigerator between 2 °C - 5 °C (35.6 F - 41 F) in an airtight container lined with absorbent kitchen paper (to be changed every day). Eat within 5-7 days.
