Unique Flavor: Summer black truffle are know for their delicate flavor. Due to the shorter period of maturation (compare to the Winter black truffle) it is lighter in color and more subtle in flavor. Storage: Store in the refrigerator between 2 °C - 5 °C (35.6 F - 41 F) in an airtight container lined with absorbent kitchen paper (to be changed every day). Eat within 5-7 days.
