With family farms dating back to 1995, our farm is proud to introduce quality back into the local seafood industry. Prawn farming in Vietnam (Ca Mau and Bac Lieu Province) has a long heritage and Vietnam itself is one of the largest exporters of Black Tiger Prawns in the world. Adhering to these traditions we want to make sure that the local market has the best local prawns rather than exporAng them out. For this reason, we have set aside qualities for our local food and beverage customers. Our Black Tiger Prawns have no antibiotics and are raised as naturally as possible.
Our lobster comes from South Vietnam provinces. By focus on small “hub” and sustainable family owned farms, we are able to improve the seeding process and enhance production chain from survival rate, feed utilization, illness risk, and environmental effects.

Our hatcheries in Ca Mau provinces is one of the largest and most reputable family owned Black Tiger Prawn hatcheries. With both local and international customers vying for these Black Tiger broodstock and post larvae, we have allocated the necessary stock to supply our customers.

Our lobsters and prawns are harvested, packed and iced within hours and then transported to the factory for IQF processing. The technology we have invested into “Individual Quick Frozen” for our seafood shows the dedicaAon and respect we have for our products.
By using the latest technology we are able to preserve the natural taste and quality you have come to deserve. Farm to table is what we are aspiring to with a blend of traditional farming and the latest technology.

Black


Unlike cold water prawn, Black Tiger Prawn live in warm water and have a distinctive bold sweet, firm texture “snappy”meat that earned it the hour of Asian Tiger Prawn. Also know as the poor man lobster, these prawn can growth to 33 cm (13 in) long. A favorite for many hotel, restaurant, and catering sector.

Omate Rock


Rock lobster is regard around the world for it superb texture and taste. The tail meat are much firmer, grainier, and a brinier flavor then the Maine lobster. It has a sweet rich flavor, low oiliness and moist, medium-firm flesh.
